At ultalish.nl, we strive to provide you with an excellent shopping experience. Should you, for any reason, not be satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item according to our return and refund policy. Please read the conditions for returning your product and requesting a refund below.
1. Returning a Product
You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition and unused, with all labels and packaging intact.
Conditions for returns:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not be used or damaged.
- Returns are only possible for products purchased through our official website.
2. Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
- Opened or damaged hygiene products (e.g., facial or hair care products).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Products that were on sale or special offers.
3. Return Process
To register a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.
- State your order number and the product you wish to return.
- After your return request has been approved, you can create a return label yourself via your chosen postal service.
- Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport and send it back to our address.
- Affix the return label to the package and send it to the specified return address.
Please note: The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and checked your returned product, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued via the payment method you used for the purchase. Any shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item is defective or an error on our part.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will assist you with a replacement product or refund, depending on your preference.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, you can return the original product and place a new order.
