Apply a light shade to the eyelid and a deeper shade in the outer crease for dimension. Increase intensity by adding a second layer.

Brighten the eyes by applying a light shade to the brow bone and inner corner of the eye.

For shimmer: use 'Strip' with a brush or finger, or a damp brush for a more intense metallic look.
